Is it complicated to set up?
No. You build your card in the builder in about five minutes: set the reward, the stamps, and your logo. We hand you the NFC tag for your counter and you're ready to stamp.
Will my customers actually use it?
Yes, because for them it's easier than paper: they just tap their phone. And they never lose the card, so they don't start over. The celebration on each stamp makes coming back feel good.
Do they need a phone with NFC?
Most modern phones already have NFC. For the ones that don't, there's a QR code fallback, so no customer is left out.
Is it secure? Can stamps be faked?
Every stamp and redemption runs on codes that rotate every few seconds and are confirmed by your staff. Screenshots and pen tricks won't work.
